Founder (CEO)
Wan Salbiah Mior Yahya, fondly known as Salbiah, is the founder of ZACC MYTOWN (Zara Aisyah Care Centre), an established elder care centre she launched in 2015. What began with just 25 beds has now grown into a trusted facility with 135 beds, making ZACC MYTOWN one of the leading independent care providers in Klang Valley — with plans to expand further nationwide.
Under her leadership, ZACC MYTOWN has provided care for thousands of seniors, offering residential care, nursing care, and day care services. Salbiah’s vision has always been to help seniors live fun, meaningful, and purposeful lives in a safe and nurturing environment. With a deep passion for reimagining senior care, she continues to set new benchmarks for the industry in Malaysia.
Her dedication and entrepreneurial drive were recognized in 2017, when she was selected as one of the Top 30 finalists under the Khazanah Nasional Entrepreneur Outreach Program, standing out among thousands of participants nationwide.
Today, Salbiah not only leads ZACC MYTOWN but also serves as a consultant to multiple government agencies, contributing her expertise to shape a stronger and more sustainable future for the elderly care industry. A proven leader with an unwavering mission, she continues to merge professional caregiving, technology, and compassion, ensuring seniors receive not only the highest quality of care but also the dignity and joy they deserve.
Azraie Ishak
Co-Founder & Director, ZACC MYTOWN
Muhammad Azraie Bin Ishak, known as Azraie, is the Co-Founder and Director of ZACC MYTOWN (Zara Aisyah Care Centre). He is responsible for leading the centre’s medical operations and driving its continued growth as Malaysia’s most admired care company and employer of choice in the sector.
In 2016, he co-founded ZACC MYTOWN alongside Wan Salbiah Mior Yahya with a shared mission: to elevate the elderly care industry in Malaysia by delivering the highest standards of care to seniors.
Under his leadership, ZACC MYTOWN grew rapidly from 21 beds to 71 beds by 2020, and today has expanded to 135 beds, with ambitious plans to scale nationwide. With his strong background in medical operations, Azraie is also spearheading innovation projects and technology integration, ensuring ZACC MYTOWN remains at the forefront of elder care excellence.
