Founder & CEO, ZACC MYTOWN (Zara Aisyah Care Centre)
I am literally alone. Alone in building this business.
Not complaining at all, what more to regret — I enjoyed every step of it!
But let’s be real — you still need someone, or maybe a few people, to help you with all the little (and big!) things: sourcing and choosing furniture, lifting and transporting them into the building, running errands, attending meetings… you name it.
So, who were they?
This is another blessing from above. When you truly put your trust in Him, help will come — even from directions you never expect.
I met Piqal through a neighbour’s friend. He was younger than me — energetic, brilliant, and full of ideas. And along with him was Nadh, his soon-to-be girlfriend (who is now his wife, mashaaAllah — and they’re blessed with two handsome boys!).
They both came to my rescue.
They were free to help, and they did — wholeheartedly.
They were, quite literally, my personal assistants without salary!
Poor them — I couldn’t afford much at that time.
But if you’re reading this today, Piqal and Nadh — please come and claim your rewards!
You both deserve it more than you know.
From sourcing to transporting, to installing and fitting — they were there.
No complaints, no hesitation.
We cleaned, painted, and built everything with our own hands. Every single item — every bed, every curtain, every wall — had a story behind it.
I still remember the smell of paint and the echo of our laughter as we worked late into the night, dreaming of what ZACC could become.
Those two — they were my pillars during the hardest, most uncertain days of building this business.
And I will never forget how their loyalty and kindness helped bring ZACC MYTOWN to life.
Piqal didn’t stop there. He went beyond just helping with setup — he became our medical advisor on board, guiding us through clinical questions and patient care situations that needed professional input.
Looking back now, I realize that people like him and Nadh were never just helpers — they were part of ZACC’s destiny.
Starting something from nothing teaches you who you really are — and who truly stands beside you.
It taught me humility, gratitude, and the power of persistence.
Because when you start with pure intention and relentless faith — help will always find its way to you.
That little house we built from scratch became the foundation of something much bigger.
From one home to twelve, from one dream to hundreds of lives touched — this is what happens when you build with sincerity.
Sincerely,
Wan Salbiah Mior Yahya
